Overnight Crimes

Good Morning,

We have just checked the crimes and are pleased to say that there have been no burglaries or vehicle crime reported.

Unfortunately a robbery took place in South Street on 17th December where a person was approached by a male with his hood up and was threatened with a knife. The victim handed over his mobile phone.  Investigation is ongoing.

On a different note if you are out and will not be home until after dark please ensure that you leave a lamp on a timer, not in the hallway, but in a room you usually spend most of your time in. Never leave your house in darkness when you are not at home.
